For those of you who are subscribed to my channel on youtube, you may be a little confused as to why the throw looks so different from that featured in my latest video.
Well the completion of the green, thick & quick edition of this throw is still in progress, but it is costing me a little over $100 to complete. So far, I've used 11 skeins just to give you an idea of where I'm coming from. I placed an order for 4 more skeins yesterday to complete it. The yarn finishes rather quickly. So holding 4 strands of the yarn together allows the throw to go even quicker before the throw reaches maturity. It's coming along really nicely, but I needed this throw asap to give my my aunt, who's sick in the hospital.
Therefore, I had to dash out to my closest Michaels and pick up 8 skeins of Homespun, as the pattern suggests, to finish this within my needed time frame. It came out gorgeous as you can see above. All the details for the throw are on my Ravelry projects page. (Link to site on the lower left side)
As for my thick and quick version of the throw, it will be completed and made for sale in my online shop that will be opening later on this year. (More details about the shop in the near future.)
